Building and Development Approvals

• We are fully licensed to build in ACT and NSW holding a class “A” construction licence.
• We are able to apply for and submit Development Applications, Building approvals and Construction Commencement notices on the client’s behalf.
• Dependant on the site and building proximity to the boundary some applications require a current survey certificate.
• All DA’s, BA’s, Construction Permits and Survey certificates are undertaken at the request of the client.
